How do I practice a dance?
Open the app, pick Full dance or Main dance, and tap a song. Turn on Mirror so the moves match your left and right, slow the speed down, and repeat any part until you've got it. Turn on your camera to see yourself next to the idols, or let Mira teach it one 8-count at a time.
The camera won't turn on
Tap Camera or Record and allow camera access when your phone asks. If you said no before:
- iPhone (Safari): tap aA in the address bar, then Website Settings, Camera, Allow. Reload the page.
- Android (Chrome or Samsung Internet): tap the lock icon by the address, then Permissions, Camera, Allow. Reload the page.
If it still won't start, close other apps that might be using the camera (like video calls) and try again.
How do I restore Pro on a new phone?
Open the app, tap Go Pro, then Already bought it? Restore Pro, and enter the email you used at checkout. If that doesn't work, email us with that email address.
How do I delete my Challenge video?
Email neitaprof@gmail.com with your stage name and the song you danced. We'll delete the video and its ratings.

Common questions
The dance video won't play
Check your internet connection and reload the page. If you use a content or ad blocker, allow kpopmirror.com. Videos play best in Safari on iPhone and in Chrome on Android and computers.
My camera doesn't turn on
KPop Mirror needs permission to use your camera. When your browser asks, tap Allow. If you said no before, open your browser's site settings for kpopmirror.com, turn the camera back on, then reload the page.
Do I need an account?
No. KPop Mirror works right in your browser with no sign-up, and Basic is free: 6 dances plus the Song of the day and Voters’ choice, a 45-second try of every other dance.
How do I put KPop Mirror on my home screen?
Open kpopmirror.com/app. On iPhone, tap Share and then Add to Home Screen. On Android, open your browser's menu and choose Install app or Add to Home screen. It then opens full screen like a regular app.
